Flux: An important tool for any soldering work including work with solar cells and panels.  Flux is used to clean surfaces that will be soldered together to improve wetting by the solder in the molten state. One tube of flux is enough to work with 20-30 solar cells of any size. For safety reasons, Silicon Solar recommends that only those experienced in soldering use, flux with our solar cell products.
